Pebble has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Pebble is an 18 plus service: accounts are for adults only, and minors are not permitted to use Pebble.
Any content or behavior that sexualizes, grooms, solicits, exploits, or endangers minors is prohibited, including attempting to use Pebble to contact or meet minors. Violations lead to immediate content removal and permanent account termination.
You can report any account or content directly in the app (the report option is available on profiles and in chats) or by email to the address below. Reports are reviewed by a human review queue, with outcomes up to permanent bans, and accounts that accumulate reports are automatically placed under review and excluded from matching.
Moderation does not wait for reports: every uploaded photo is screened automatically at upload time, violating images are rejected and deleted, and profile fields pass a term blocklist.
Confirmed child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities and law enforcement in the jurisdictions where Pebble operates, as required by applicable law. We preserve and provide evidence to law enforcement as legally required.
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Pebble operates, including reporting obligations.
